Please join your Eastend Minor Hockey Board of Directors at a Special Meeting of the Members to ratify our Association's new By-Laws. By-laws are available for review HERE. 

 

The meeting will take place by Zoom on Tuesday, June 17 at 7:30pm.

Attendance will be taken at the meeting to ensure that all attendees are members of the association. Members in good standing are entitled to one vote each, up to a maximum of two (2) votes per household/family unit. Voting Members who are 18 years old or older as of the day of the meeting may exercise their own vote. Voting Members who are younger than 18 years old at the time of the meeting may have their vote exercised by a parent or guardian. For clarity, a parent or guardian with multiple children registered with the Corporation who are younger than 18 years old may exercise one vote per child. Also, two parents/guardians of the same child who is registered with the Corporation and who is younger than 18 years old may both attend a meeting of the Members but may only exercise one vote.
